Terms and Conditions for Chef Hire & Catered Arrangements

A pro-forma invoice will be issued on initial booking enquiry requiring a deposit of 50% to secure your booking.

The balance to be settled prior to the event by cheque or bank transfer two weeks before event day, or by cash on the day on arrival subject to agreement .If payment has not been met on the day of the event, the event will be effectively cancelled with loss of the deposit . Further charges may be incurred if goods and services have been bought or hired in connection with your  event.

The initial 50% deposit is a non refundable deposit. (Subject to the time scale below) Our quotes are valid for a period of fourteen days from date of printing. Inside outside cannot guarantee prices there after due to market prices constantly changing. All equipment quotes are subject to a site survey, as until a survey has been carried out we will not know of the facilities available to us to facilitate your event.

Any cancellation  must be made in writing either by email or by post.

Cancellations two month prior to event initial 50% of the deposit paid (you will receive 50% of your original deposit back).

Cancellations one month prior to the event 50% of function costs will be charged. (Effectively full loss of deposit).

Cancellations two weeks prior to event 75% of function costs are to be charged. (Further payment could be due from you if your final balance has not been paid).

Cancellations one week prior to event 100% of function costs are to be charged. (Further payment could be due from you if your final balance has not been paid).all goods bought and paid for will be furnished to you if all funds have been received.

Final numbers will be required no later than two weeks before the event at the very latest.

All functions will be charged as per final numbers,even if they should they decrease for any reason, should numbers increase Inside outside must be contacted immediately where confirmation to increase will be given over the phone and additional charges will apply.

Any increase in numbers two days prior to the event cannot be guaranteed due to preparation and supplier times.

The initial 50% deposit is acceptance of our conditions.

All charges are at discretion of Inside outside, and do not affect your statutory rights.
